Terms & Requirements
All Shipments will require an adult signature upon delivery. A business address is suggested.
Please remember that it is your responsibility to notify Falcor Wine Cellars in writing of any address change or need to delay or expedite shipment at least 1 week prior to wines being shipped. Misdirected shipments and delivery difficulties could result in lost or damaged wine and can incur additional shipping charges or re-routing fees.
Falcor Winery is committed to providing our guests and club members with outstanding, quality wines. If you are dissatisfied with one of our products, or it arrives damaged/broken to your location you may return it to the winery within thirty days of purchase. If damaged/broken please do not dispose of the shipping materials until you speak to a Falcor representative. Please contact or call (707) 255-6070 for assistance.
